Keep It Dry

Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Chlorine, saltwater, and perspiration can affect gold and stone settings over time.

Avoid Chemicals

Remove jewelry before applying perfume, hairspray, lotions, or cleaning products. Apply cosmetics first, then wear your jewel last.

Rest It Gently

Store each piece separately in its pouch or box to prevent scratching. Avoid piling jewelry together in a drawer.

Clean With Care

Use a soft brush with warm water and mild soap. Rinse gently and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with delicate settings.

Annual Check

We recommend an annual inspection of prongs, clasps, and settings. Contact us and we will arrange a complimentary check for your Maison Olivané piece.

Original Packaging

Keep your piece in its original Maison Olivané box when not being worn. The packaging is designed to protect and preserve your jewel for generations.

How do I begin a bespoke commission? +
Every commission begins with a private conversation. Contact us at concierge@maisonolivane.com or through our inquiry form, and we will arrange a consultation — in person or virtually — at a time that suits you. There is no obligation at the consultation stage.
How long does a bespoke piece take? +
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and the sourcing of stones. Most bespoke commissions are completed within 4–8 weeks. We will provide a clear timeline at the beginning of your commission and keep you informed throughout the process.
What is the payment structure for bespoke commissions? +
We require a 50% deposit to begin work on your commission. This covers the cost of materials and stone sourcing. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery. We accept bank transfer and selected payment methods.
Are your diamonds certified? +
Yes. All diamonds at Maison Olivané are GIA or IGI certified and Kimberley Process Certified (conflict-free). We provide full certification documentation with every piece. Transparency in sourcing is a non-negotiable commitment for us.
Can I bring my own stones or existing jewelry? +
Absolutely. We welcome heirloom redesigns and the incorporation of existing stones. We treat every inherited stone with the same reverence we give to new ones — because they carry history that deserves to be honored.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes. We ship to select countries via fully insured, tracked courier services. Shipping details and costs are discussed at the time of commission. For high-value pieces, we may arrange a personal handover or courier with signature required.
What is your return or exchange policy? +
Because each piece is crafted specifically for its owner, bespoke commissions are non-refundable. However, we stand fully behind our craftsmanship. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake the piece at no cost. For collection pieces, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss any concerns.

Is my privacy protected? +
Completely. All client communications, commissions, and personal details are held in the strictest confidence. We never share client information, and we never use client pieces in marketing without explicit written permission. Your privacy is as important to us as your jewel.
